Co-Founder

 Will's clients benefit from his depth and breadth of contingent, contained and retained search experience developed over his fifteen year international executive recruitment career. Search engagements have been focused within the Finance and Accounting vertical, to include Finance, Accounting, M&A/Corporate Development, Audit/Compliance, Tax and Treasury.

Will's deep expertise spans the full spectrum of organizations, including privately-held companies, public corporations, pre-IPO ventures, and PE portfolio companies, with specific experience supporting CFOs in building out best in class accounting and finance functions for a range of situations and transactions, including post-acquisition/merger integrations, pre-IPO and SPAC scenarios, PE roll-ups and PE exits.

 After earning a promotion in his first year at a boutique London search firm, Will helped establish a leading international recruitment firm's inaugural Seoul office, becoming the office's top Accounting & Finance performer.
Having settled in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Will became established as the leading finance and accounting executive recruiter at the Dallas contingent, contained and retained search solutions team of a preeminent leading global executive search firm.

A father of two young daughters, Will continues to enjoy traveling with his family, and values his involvement supporting Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America and King’s College London’s alumni events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Madison brings nearly a decade of expertise in Accounting & Finance recruitment to Rodell Search. Prior to co-founding our firm, Madison was a Senior Partner at Lucas Group/Korn Ferry as a full desk recruiter. Her career journey includes a period as Director of People Operations at a FinTech startup, giving her unique insight into organizational talent needs and the internal hiring process.

Madison's passion for recruiting runs in her family. Growing up in San Antonio with two CPA parents (both former Arthur Andersen professionals), she was particularly influenced by her mother, Michelle Parchman, who founded her own Accounting and Finance recruiting firm. 

Based in Fort Worth with her husband, Madison balances her professional commitments with membership at Colonial Country Club and Fort Worth Club. In her leisure time, she enjoys tennis, mocktails, and quality time with her husband when he's not on the golf course.
